Fallen Sword
About this creation
A fallen sword lies in the grass,
the blood of those who died stains the ground and runs through the creek,
I knew that for my king, this battle was lost,
but I felt in my heart a new day will appear over the horizon and victory will find us once more.

Fallen Sword

Rocks.

Blood effects.

Thanks for looking.

Quoting Michael Sloper Hey, could you comment on my Executor when you get the time? Thanks. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/185676
Ok Michael, that's the third time you asked this question to me in the past few days. I'm getting annoyed with it. You don't always need to ask people to see your stuff, if it really is good (and sometimes it is) then they will come to you. -Dylan

Quoting Mark Kelso Dylan, I'm giving some consideration to doing Phippy's MOCathalon...interested in forming a team? My schedule's hectic, but I could throw something together, I think. Let me know.
Mark, I'll shoot you an e-mail later tonight and let you know. I'm kind of in the same boat too, but I think I can manage...

Now I have to agree with Kelso on this, this something you don't see on the pages. A life size sword. Very unique and detailed, especially the way you got the blood on the sword. The rock adds a nice touch to it as well. A well deserved 5/5. Oh, and if you don't mind, could you comment on my new non Star Wars moc when you get the time?

Very nice Dylan. A real departure from a lot of MOCs and that helps it catch the eye, despite it's simplicity compared to a lot of your recent builds. Well done.

The funniest thing is that the sword was the easiest part of the build. Only took about an hour and a half to complete the sword. I'm glad everyone likes it. Thanks for all of the comments.

I'd suggest more blood on the sword and maybe some battle damage on it as well. I wish I had all of those plants. Great build by the way.

Quoting Louis K. Impressing work. I'm speechless, the sword, the ground, just everything is superb! I'm only question is: How do you keep the blood on the sword? All in all, stunning!
Alas, I knew someone would ask! It's not photoshop or camera tricks, but simple tape. I know, I'm not a purist.
