Building a ship along the lines of the Sulaco from Aliens was a long-time goal of mine. I'd like to thank and credit Chris Giddins for the concept of using the sport ramps as part of wall structures on spaceships.
It is a smaller class of ship than the Sulaco's class (Conestoga class?). To be true to scale (if 1 stud is about 1 meter) the ship would have to be 300 studs (meters) long.
This is great! I love the Alien Series, and always wanted to a see a LEGO finished (Finished is the key word) version of it. It's really great. EDIT: I just saw the pics on AB-Shelf, you gotta post 'em here! Amazing!
Dang! It's a great ship and all but if you put a handle on it you would have a great gun! Don't know why I see it that way though... I also wonder why this a a three......I guess something are beyond me.
