The Maltese Falcon
Two brilliant actors share a classic scene in one of cinema history's first "film noir". Humphrey Bogart plays Detective Sam Spade and the legendary charactor actor Peter Lorre plays Joel Cairo.
About this creation

See Mr. Spade, I am trying to recover an ornament that shall we say has been mislaid...

I thought and hoped you could assist me.

You will clasp your hands together at the back or your neck, I intend to search your offices Mr. Spade.

I warn you, if you attempt to prevent me I shall certainly shoot you.

Why should I sit here and let people come in and stick me up...

This is one of the best movies ever. Humphrey Bogart's movies are some of the best that I've ever seen. The minifig faces fit the characters perfectly.

Yes, I plan to make a moc of every movie in my DVD collection one day. It might take me a year or two...

Quoting C. Alexander Clay I love this! Hey, have you seen The Big Sleep? Maybe you could do that next.
Yes I adore "the Big Sleep" Bogie and Bacall at their best. I might see what I can do with that this weekend. Might give "Key Largo" a go too.

Quoting robert ball Yeah! Bogie was at his best here (not counting Casablanca, of course, which has one of the greatest romantic songs I ever heard), and of course Peter Lorre was always superb in his roles. I love it, I love it, I love it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The expressions on the figs' faces are perfect, too, and I like it that you did it in black and white. A thousand 5's for this, even though I can only put in one.
Ha, thanks! I am pleased it made you so happy!! I love this genre of film so much. Peter Lorre is one of my absolute favs, I found the face for him with the craziest eyes that I had. I plan to make more MOCs in this style.
