Landing Platform 241
Well, here is my landing platform. Just another after thought to my Destroyer. my first attempt at this kinda thing... Micro buildings and such. Enjoy, and feedback is always welcomed.
About this creation

No ships... I actually really liked the way this turned out.

Control tower, and cool lights.

Communications array

Defense turrets. Ya know, incase an enemy trys to land.

Here, the large Bulldog Class Destroyer is coming in for a landing... I wonder how it will fit?

Some ships leaving the platform, off on another mission.

2 small frigates leaving the platform.

And the whole gang... I just really like this picture.. and it looks like this platform also belongs to the UNE! (hint hint hint)

Quoting Masateru Yamatani Very nice! Is it hard to create a mini-model?
Well, not for me... Im not sure about the rest of you, but once you get the hang of it, building micro is much easier. I have yet to post my new micro MOCs

Quoting Matt The Backward One Nice! I like making minis myself! (I just haven't gotten around to posting many of them.) Oh, and if you don't know what John is talking about, the PDR is the Planetary Defense Ring. Its a giant ring around Earth to protect it from enemys.
Thanks Matt. And I was wondering what he was talking about... Thanks for clearing that up :)

Quoting Joshua Benjamin Awesome looking landing Platform! I have to ask though, is this on land, or is it like some massive floating sea or space-based platform? Great job btw =)
I guess it can be either... mabye a V. 2 shall be one the way... and thanks

Quoting Areetsa C A first, eh? Well, it's certainly a very nice first. Don't get many microscale UNE facilities these days. Heck, don't get many microscale UNE facilities ANY days! I really like that little ship with the barbettes; very clever, especially the half-stud offset. I haven't got a clue how the tiny ones in the back go together, either. (hint: you can consider that a compliment. Microscale that's hard to figure out is usually a good thing.)
Thanx a lot! I am building more and more ships, getting bigger and bigger... but they are now looking like submarines. any ideas?
