Dutch Fortress
My entry for the `Imperial's Fortress' category for the Jolly Roger competition on Forbiddencove.com
About this creation
This is the small Dutch Fortress `t Rooie Fort'(The red fortress). Based on typical dutch buildings.

The boats used in the buildings are inspired by a the themepark ride `de vliegende hollander' (flying dutchmen) at the Efteling in the Netherlands

Only dutch people can build dutch houses as good as this. Prachtig werk ;). I like how you've used a boat as a door for the house, great parts usage. Overall very nice and smooth build. Impressive how you made the pier curving. ~M

Wow, I had no idea it was possible to get that kind of curve out of bricks! Also, great work on the foliage. That just really stands out to me.

Great composition, nice color blocking (just the right amount without being too busy), and the use of the curved features adds a real unique quality to the build. This should do very well in the contest. Fantastic work and best of luck!
