Coalition Missile Craft
My latest entry for the Coalition MOCoff. I have no excuse to give except that it was raining (non-stope for a week or so) and my indoor lighting is "artistic" and won't be great for pictures. However, the MOC is done! I started very very early to get it done on time. But then I pulled a Moffat and redid the whole thing with 3 days to go. This is it! enjoy
About this creation
Coalition Missile Craft

The missile craft features 4 massive VTOL engines that allow it to maneuver in any atmosphere. The 15 missile launchers clear a large area of terrain and enemies to allow it to safely land and deploy troops. In all, the ship can hold 4 tanks and up to 80 soldiers. These drop ships are key in transportation during and after an invasion. After unloading, this multi-tasker can provide seeker missile support and act as a communications relay station.

Note, this is in micro-scale, but is not meant to be scale to a starship. It is considerably larger than a fighter, but not a flying capital ship (more like a flying bunker)

Quoting Ryan Blackout Nice gus! Those missile launchers look very nice. Mind if take the design for my future project?
Sure thing man! And I've seen a ton of missile launchers like the one I put on top, so I can't take credit (it's a really common design) and the bottom missile rack is pretty simple, just the antennae bases on top of a one stud on top of the main model. Have fun

Quoting minime (AKA special person) sweet, nice detail with the bridge, shame about the background though...
I'm going to replace the pictures with better ones soon.

Quoting Mark Kelso Sometimes something that strange can fail to work visually, but I personally really like this one.
I had the same exact thoughts. I had a built at 70% just before this one and then decided to go for something a bit different rather than the usual starfighter. It was riskier, but well worth it apparently! and I had fun building it!

Wow, love it. It's always nice to see a new design; something that's really unique. Sometimes something that strange can fail to work visually, but I personally really like this one. You did an excellent job on the cleanliness of the build, as well. I saw your opponents a few days ago, and wouldn't have expected to say this, but...congratulations! You've got my vote.

Quoting < panda > Nice one! I like the blockyness of it. (For better lighting, you could use a white background and a couple of lamps as a set-up when there's no option of taking shots outside:)
I've tried, and nothing short of an industrial grade florescent lamp will give me the picture quality of the outdoors. I've tried the lamp thing, and my lamps just aren't good enough. Makes things look yellow-red. Thanks for the tip though, and these pics are only temporary.

You really did a great job with this one man!. I was wondering if it would be cool with you if I built one and made my own a little? I would of course give you all the credit and provide a link to yours. Totally agree with the natural lighting thing too!

Aerodynamics? Who needs em'!? As long as in space, nobody does. But in atmospheric flight, this thing would use a lot of fuel. But, when it comes to sheer coolness, this thing's a pure win.

Quoting Ben Kelly (BK) Excellent! Superb! Mind-blowing! Well, missiles kinda blow everything up... Wanna star in the COP Tv series? Actually, I need permission to use a few of your Mocs for the show...which would be great...please?
oh!!! yes! but please, don't use any of my icky black and yellow ships. My future is all grey! and I'll get better pics of this ship when the rain stops. I have a few more (even better) things coming up, so you'll have some good things to use. is there something you need specifically?

Quoting Josh B. Cool! Coalition is the same as C.O.P. right? Sorry if it is a stupid question but I just joined C.O.P. so I'm really new to everything. I made one creation for C.O.P. but I still don't know if it fits in- it's not to futuristic like this.
yes, see my comment on your COP tank.
