My attempt at "improving" the upcoming LEGO 30051 micro-scale X-wing fighter set.
About this creation
I increased the length of the nose section, changed to larger engines using small technic hubs, increased the length of the wings by one stud, changed the rear section to match the movie model and changed the lasers. I also changed the color scheme to match the movie model. I am open to suggestions to make R2D2 more authentic, though at the scale of a single 1x1 round plate, there are not many options. I am planning to use a white mini antenna base (w/o the antenna part) for the actual model.
