NOTES:

Well...how did I do? This is my largest creation yet and my first experiment with photoshop. I think I did OK. It's pretty hard to photoshop white on white. I'm still looking in to how to do photoshop correctly, so if anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great. Also, this was a really fun build to do with my younger brother. I was half inspired by the movie and Battlefront 2. The rest of the notes:

- The fried rebel was a bit much IMO, so tell me what you think.
- It is 48x32 (the moc)
- I got Echo Base for Christmas so that's part of the reason I built this.
- I plan on getting the snow battlepacks for my birthday to make it better.
- I plan on putting a crashed, flaming snowspeeder in it.
- I plan on raising the hill a bit too.
- I plan on all of this to be 48x48
- Yes, the turret and the AT-ST are both from a set. The AT-ST is from 2001 and looks weird, but hey, I'll take what I can get. =P

OTHER NOTES:

- We're Not Alone Ep. 7 will be posted the Sunday after this one!
- Lots of mocs coming out soon!

I hope you liked my moc! Feel free to comment, rate, add me as your favorite builder, look at the rest of my creations!

Thanks everyone!

What do you need help with photoshop? I could help, but I'm more familiar with GIMP than photoshop. Btw, like that idea of yours with the rebel trooper.

Quoting Dr. N I love the way you did this. The rebel in mid-fry is spectacular. But...ALL THIS TIME AND THIS IS YOUR ONLY STAR WARS CREATION?!!! Duuuude...Make more, man! Again, well done.
I've got two SW Mocs planned; I just don't have to time right now. I'm waiting for the summer. Thanks for the comment!

Very good job, definetely captured the planets atmosphere(pun intended). Also, I think the burning rebel off sets the bland landscape rather nicely.

The classic At-st is amazingly rare! You are very lucky to have such a set and the troopers are very great. The hill is very superb and the burnt rebel trooper was a great idea! I wish to please comment on my stuff.

This is very good, my opinion on the fried Rebel, is that you might want to make it like the movie, were they get shot and fall to the ground. I don't think it's too much though. Overall great work here!

Very nice job! I'd agree with some of the others that more detail would be good, though. Also, having the flames in the scene definately added a lot too it, but personally I think that something other than a rebel trooper burning would be better. Looking forward to the next version of this!

your photoshopping was good for a first try, but there is a much simpler way to do it. I will invite to my group "Photo Editors" and I will explain to you there.

Quoting Captain Stryke Great but again I agree with the others. It needs a bit more stuff and the fried guy is just great! There is an AT ST you can buy which comes from the battle of Endor set. You don't have to get the whole set (it's about £80) but I'm sure you can buy the AT ST on it's own from Ebay.
Yeah, I have a friend who has the 2007 AT-ST so maybe I can borrow his for the next version. Thanks for the input everyone!

This is well done but yeah it is kinda boring- it is too symmetrical and empty- maybe some dots to the snow- black and gray ash and other dirt because of battle- flame effect is good though- but that old official At-St is not very good- well that's not your fault...

Honestly, without the fried rebel, the MOC would have looked kinda boring. The flames are just the right, dramatic dot of colour needed to make the dio interesting. This is even more important when you use the turret and AT-ST from a set. The fire effect looks awesome and the hurt sniper also fits in perfectly. Excellent work!

Superb work here! I've always been a fan of Hoth creations and this one is no letdown. Is that the original AT-ST that lego released by the way? You should totally join http://lswforum.forumotions.com/forum.htm Check it out!

I really like it, but it seems kinda plain. You might want to put some more rebel/imperial soldiers, and possibly some more vehicles. Either way, it's great!
