Continuing the unique line of Missile Command vehicles, the MITOT is designed to infiltrate enemy territory and take out its infantry using its specially designed weaponry.
The MITOT is equipped with 24 Toxin Rockets, along with 3 Electrockets. The tips of the Toxin Rockets contain highly compressed toxic gas, which is released on impact. Although they are inaccurate, Toxin Rockets are still highly effective, because of their lingering fumes; Toxin Rockets still do produce shrapnel. For taking out light to medium-armored vehicles, the MITOT uses its Electrockets. These rockets can achieve supersonic speeds in order to pierce the armor of a vehicle, zapping it with lethal voltage, along with any surrounding bodies.
For maximum traction, the MITOT features 4 sets of tracks. To ease its skid-steering, each track link can pivot, but is held in place by suspension-like hydrologic components that can be controlled in accordance with its steering.
The MITOT is crewed by a pilot and a weapons engineer. Because of its small crew and external weapons systems, the MITOT can hold quite an excess of cargo and/or passengers. Since it is the only Missile Command vehicle with room for passengers, the MITOT has a medic on board, aided by advanced life-support systems integrated into the tank.
