Colt .25
About this creation

After I saw Nate Andrews had posted directions for his colt .25 I couldn't resist. But of coarse I had to add a little bit of my own style to it.
Working:
Slide
Trigger

What I changed:
Trigger shape
SNOT (studs not on top) slide
SNIOD (studs not in one direction) handle
A few other changes here and there

Side view.

Trigger.

Trigger when pressed. Note: I took out the spring to show you.

Slide pulled back.

Sights. The real gun doesn't have sights but I wanted to add them just for fun.

Thanks a lot Nate. Can't wait to see your next gun.

Quoting Nate Andrews OOPS... I don't mean to sound like a nerd, but the real one does have a small set of sights, in a narrow groove that runs down the center of the slide. I forgot to mention that at my page. *gets down on knees* Please don't shoot me!
Shoot you? I'd like to thank you. Anything suggestion that can make my guns more realistic makes me happy. Time to get on that.

nice work - must have been hard to get all the mechs inside a gun that small!

Quoting Chas Irish sadly I can't slope the buffer tube, because it's 3 wide, or else I would.
You don't have to actually use sloped pieces. Just offset the bricks in the middle layer. Look at my buffer tube on my m4. I don't use actual sloped pieces but it kind of looks sloped.

Beautiful work, especially on the custom grip and trigger guard! Also, I like your use of studless plates on the slide. That smoothed out the shaped very nicely.

I got it. Thanks! You've been a real help! sadly I can't slope the buffer tube, because it's 3 wide, or else I would. And about those flat pieces under the rail, they are actually what I built the rail on top of, and under those 4-wide plates is the charging handle. I know I already said this to you, but I really appreciate the help. I don't want to have a bunch of versions of my guns, since they aren't the only thing I build.
