I'm very happy to present my latest creation: the Little Devil remote controlled sportscar. Full detailes step-by-step building instructions are now available as free download on my website www.jurgenstechniccorner.com.
This is meant to be the first in a small series of LEGO-Technic cars using the wheels of set 8462. It's one of the nicest set of Lego® wheels I have, which made me come up with this idea. The cars will have the same scale and similar features: remote controlled driving & steering, opening doors, working lights and engines. They will not have suspension and gearboxes for some specific reasons. It allows to make tighter mudguards and lower ground clearance, which looks good. And it allows the batterybox to be placed in the middle of the bottom of the car, which is good for stability.
The Little Devil is not a model of an existing car. It's a typical mid-engine sportscar, inspired mainly by brands like Lamborghini, Ferrari & Koenigsegg.
It features a very reliable drivetrain: the ERTWD, which is stronger than the motor itself, so the RC driving works very well, making it much fun to drive.
The manual doors-mechanism works like in a Koenigegg: first the doors move outward:
and than they rotate forewards:
Fast cars have big engines, and I managed to squeeze a V10 engine in with a degree additional detailing:
Just like with my Black supercar The Wasp, I tried to close the model completly. I made extensive use of the new-style panels and covered the studs & holes as much as possible with tiles.
As far as R.C. cars go, I thought Sheepo's Veyron was amazing. This... this is just flawless, it looks like a real car and the compactness of the power functions is just so clever. Absolutely perfect ;)
Thank you very much for your message. I'm glad to be able to give you so much fun building and driving this model.

Hello Jurgen, I built your LittleDevil model and I have to say you are a genious, this drivetrain is the best for the XL engine, its powerful and fast, and the most important, very fun to drive!, In my model I was changed some body parts, wheels and I added a F1 Steering plane system, more operable, So, I has decompose now, because I want to re-build minimizing weights and size for a best speed perform.
The Little Devil is the best RC Car I never seen, and the instructions are amazing!!! Perfect!!!
Muchas gracias por el diseño, es perfecto!!!! ^^

Very nice! So many things I like:
the fully filled shape, the doors, the headlights, the yellow stripes, the detailed interior... AND the fact that it's remote controlled!
Great work.
Great job!
It actually looks like an Infernus from GTA Liberty City Stories, haha. Yes, they're right. There should be a real set of this Large scale model.
this is so over the top I don't know where to begin. Beautiful car, this would make a great MOC even without the RC aspect of it, but with that, AND the incredible videos, this is one of the all time best MOC's I've seen here.
Just as good as your first car; I think both your supercars are in the top 10 on Mocpages. Looks brilliant, and the functions are better than most sets Lego make themselves. Wonderful work, can't fault it anywhere 10/10
