Although you've caught the general idea, I advise you go to WW2 drawings and have a look there. I had some trouble working out which variant you were after, but my guess is the M4A2 which, as Lyan below me pointed out, is slightly smaller than your version. It just needs to be about 4 studs thinner and the front slightly reworked.

I don't think Its very good but i know how hard it is to build a tank. it could use some work. The wheels need some and so does the front. It's fat about 2 or 4 studs and needs some hacked for the crew 3/5
