On the planet Tiu a great trench war has erupted. The planet once lush with water now is 95% land. The war has taken its toll on the planets people, resources, plants and animals. The whole planet has been split into 3 pieces. 2 pieces are close to equal, one is the Separatists who own about 17.2 million square miles of land. They have lost over 7 billion droid units. To make up for the losses they hired 1000 mercenaries and bounty hunters costing the separatists 7 million credits a week. The other side is the Republic who owns 17.1 million square miles of land. They have lost 1 hundred thousand clones. Over 2 hundred thousand clones have been wounded. Also over 5 million war machines of the republic have been destroyed. The third part of the planet is no mans land it takes up only 5 million square miles in-between the warring sides. It ranges in width from 15 feet to 1000 feet. It is filled with the dead clones and soldiers with destroyed droids and war machines. I got this idea from WW1.
