This small fighter is built to be fast and dangerous. It hold 2 soldiers: a pilot and a gunner. The ship is powered by 2 boosters and is armed with 4 rotating laser cannons and 2 rear facing Disruptors.
About this creation

So I bought these 2 space police sets and then after I had built them, I took them apart, and I built the Aerial Sweeper!

Here we see the Aerial Sweeper from the front. It has a very streamlined shape so that it can swoop through the atmosphere.

Next up is the guns! Here we see 2 of the 4 rotating laser cannons. These guns can each move independently, so they can each aim in different directions. This allows the fighter to "sweep" the battle field clear of enemy troops.

Here is a shot of the guns from the back, as well as 1 of the "Disruptors". The Disruptors send out electromagnetic signals that disrupt lock-on technology, this is very useful when you need to get rid of a few guided missles, or small AI controlled ships.

These are the boosters that propel the ship. The dual tail fins provide extra maneuverability.

Here is some detail of the... um, engine and communications stuff. I just thought that it looked cool, so I didn't have a reason for it's existance, but i'm sure that it is very important technology.

Here is the cockpit. The front soldier pilots the ship, while the back one controls the guns. you can see the cool display panel and the touch screen that the pilot uses to fly the ship. The gunner uses 2... (joysticks, i guess?) to control the guns.
(Don't ask me how he can control 4 guns independently with only 2 joysticks. He's professionally trained for that job, so ask him)

Here is a bottom view, and you can see all 4 guns.

Another bottom view.

Here's a bottom view picture of the Aerial Sweeper flying.

The Aerial Sweeper swoops in to clear up the battle field!

The soldiers look up as it rushes towards them! Rapid bursts of laser fire shooting from it's underside!

Then it rises up into the atmosphere, leaving a smoking battle field behind.

It can also land on its laser cannons. In this picture I think it looks a lot like a dragonfly.

Here's a back view of the landed ship. (is "landed" a real word?)

Another picture of the back/side of the Aerial Sweeper.

And these are the only pieces from those 2 sets that I didn't use. Now that I think about it, I realize that those blasters that the aliens have, would have been really useful in this moc. But I had not remembered them when I built the ship and once I started taking pictures I didn't want to rebuild the ship.

I hope everyone likes this moc as much as I do.

That's an awesome use for two identical Space Police sets.
