Pirate Z-3005 Wolfhound Heavy Fighter
The Pirate Z-3005 Wolfhound Heavy Fighter is the prime fighter of choice of any aces serving in the Mollys and the Liberty Rogues, in the Sirius sector. This ship-like fighter is the only class-6 fighter that has a turret mount. ------> An awesome looking ship, definitely one of my favourites, right after the "Sabre"!
About this creation
A "wolf in the night", this ship has enough expanded features to ensure that it has the advantage in equal armed conflict. The "Wolfhound" has enough armor and a generously amplified power output to easily wear down combatants, while also harboring enough cargo space to easily strip them down and carry off the spoils.

This is a very large heavy fighter. It costs as much as the Bounty Hunter's Barracuda and the the Kusari Dragon fighter, but comes with a reduced agility and larger size. This means that this fighter is very easy to hit. As a result, except dedicated pirate fans, this ship does not gain much popularity among players.
This fighter is the only one that can mount a turret in its class, except the Anubis of The Order.

General overview.

Dorsal view.

The cockpit with soft white alcantara covered seat!

What have we got here?

Ah, a hidden smuggling chamber, filed with gems and gold!

Arrrr, get your dirrrty fingers off my treasure, or I´ll introduce you to my buddy, here!!

Small cargo hatch.

Main cargo door opening.

Booooooooooooo!

A closer look into the cargo hold.

Crappy engine attachment. As I started building it with real bricks, I realised that the cargo doors wouldn´t open. So, I had to think of a solution. Not beautyful, but it works.

From above: Turret, advanced thruster and torpedo launcher.

Sails! ;-)

Reactor cooling grille.

Shield emitter.

The weapons.

Hey Yuri, this is for you!

And last, but not least: 3rd person view.

Quoting Nitrosity The CyborgNinja cool ship, the shape is different, it kind of makes me think of a spanish war galleon (big, slow, but well armed and armoured) the turrets on the side are cool, and the colors are good. nice moc
Sorry for being so late! Your description : 'big, slow, but well armed and armoured' sums it up quite good. Although, when compared with other fighters of the same class this one is just big and slow. ;-) Hehe. Anyways, thanks for liking it! ~Cheers

Quoting Lucas Pozdol This is a ship that I had filed under "Not Possible To Build With Lego". I see that I was completely wrong. Very nice.
I could say the same about the Titan. Even though I´m making progress... The wings have such an awkward wedgie shape, it gives me the creeps!

Quoting Aidan Bryant Real nice ship! Looks like it was really awkward to build, but you made it fantastic.
Thanks, hitting the shape wasn´t as easy as I suspected, but it was definitely a lot of fun building it!

And so do I! Thank you, I think I should do more with UV light.

Quoting Yuri Fassio Wonderful MOC, almost Giger-ish in its garbled elegance. I like how it's ship-shaped and I love Space Pirates. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/160896 <--Shameless self ad :)
Woa, you´re comparing me with the great Giger! I can see what you mean, but Crimso has a by far better and cleaner style than I have! Garbled elegance. Got to remember that expression, lol.

Quoting Crimso Giger So it's a "real" ship ? Because at first sight I thought "WOW what a crazy and fantastic design" - It remains true, however, that it's a fantastic MOC !!! congrats on the very well done shape and the sweet details !!!
Ok, you´ve got me, it is not my design. I saw it in the game and just had to turn it into a "real" ship. The whole design is so dang awesome! I mean, it is indeed a spaceSHIP. It is so nice to hear that you like it, thank you for the nice comment!

Quoting Starbuck Starfighter This design is so arresting--I've got to have one! But could you give me the exchange rate between credits and dollars? 71,000 credits sounds suspiciously cheap given its space flight capability and firepower... Well done!
Thank you. Hmmm, I don´know. Maybe an exchange rate of 10 Dollar for 1 Credit would sound realistic. That would be 710000 Bucks! But, I wouldn´t bet on it, you´re dealing with pirates! Harrharr!

Quoting Parrington Levens Man is this different, but in a good way. I like the bulky awkward look to it, the cocpit is nice and high and the rear is superbly detailed with those sponson rockets and that cool grill. The Wolfhound is a beast!
Thanks, man! That is exactly the reason why I like the "Wolfhound" so much!
