Here is my newly revised Union Pacific GP38. It is now my first Union Pacific locomotive to feature the red stripe between the yellow and the gray. 728 is actually a GP15 that operates near where I live, but I wanted to make the 728 as well as a GP38, so this is the GP15-GP38 cross breed.
The one thing I don't really like about some of your deisel locomotives is that one wheel section is eight studs long and the other is six. So make sure you work on fixing that.
Yes, the trucks are rather lacking, but the reason I keep them that way is so that they can be interchangeable between all of my trains. Maybe I should design a few specifically for locomotives.
Very nice man, I think the trucks and fuel tank could've been executed better, but that area isn't that important. This would look great hooked up to my MP15. ~T
I don't have a really good reason why the motor is in the front. I just put it there because I always have on all my other locomotives. I should try it in the back.
