A scene from Stephanie Meyer's "The Host".
About this creation
Not really much to say. I thought my first version was inaccurate.

Sorry about the lack of blood for those poor helpless Souls (okay, you got me- pun intended), but I didn't have the chrome parts to do that aspect of the scene justice.

Without (living) minifigs.

Enjoy the MOC- more Host MOCs to come, I'm sure. I gotta do something while I wait for the next to come out (assuming it gets published- I hope it does!).

Quoting robert ball Okay. Now I've GOT to go and get that book! I don't want to speculate on what is happening here, but it sure has piqued my curiosity! From what I read of the on line reviews, no - I'm NOT gonna speculate! It's just that this is obviously the kind of story I like. I remember a long time ago reading a great little story titled "Who Goes There?", which was made into an idiotic 50's movie, and then redone right with Kurt Russell. I will come back and give a better comment after I've read the book.
Trust me, you wanna get the book. It's *not* really the type of story I like, and I'd still say it's probably my second favorite book, period (My favorite being Douglas Adams' "Mostly Harmless").

Incidentally, I named it for the chapter title, so if you do read it, you'll know the scene.
