Bob the Hobo!
Bums are surrounding a trash can fire. You may remember them from my 'The Hobos' MOC.
Half of the MOC. Don't ask about Yoda coming out of the man-hole.
"Stupid hobos, always coming onto my property and messing up my garden...um, I mean my business." says Jack, the restaurant owner.

The side of the box. Man, that arrow was challenging to come up with. The hobos call it their "Secret Lair". It smells.
