And another car model. Yes it's a car again, many would say but it's just the fact that for now cars are all I want to build. It's a one more that goes to the KOCKICE club exhibition 3 months from now so there. Of all the mechanical stuff I usually use this time it's only a double steering like most of my models have. This one has a different touch than all my other cars. It's a post-apoc kind of car. I think the name speaks for itself. I didn't want to name it INTERCEPTOR or any kind of used a thousand times cool name. It's just ROAD KILL. A futuristic fighting machine fully armored and based really on a chevy from the first decades of the last century. It's got just about everything any macho man in threat would like to have! Details are stuck with the pictures so enjoy if you can ;))
About this creation
Front with a winch and a heavy bumper that can burst almost every obstacle in the way and the back view showing exhaust pipes and Ultimax based 5.56 caliber machine guns.
Just couple of views. Here it can be seen that the heavy 12.7 mm machine gun is where the co-driver should be sticking it's barrel through a tight window
Above and under
Details like 1-radio antenna, 2-coolers for the back wheels and 3-the tire wreckers. Those small barrels on both the left and the right side are loaded with shotgun bullets wrecking the tires of any vehicle who tries to move closely on the car's side. It's operated by the controls on the driver's side.
Details like 1&2-The windshield (the driver's part has bulletproof glass additionally protected by the grill bars and it also has the aiming sensors in the form of grey lego pins), 3-the strong ventilation system that turns on when the weapons from inside the cockpit start to fire and 4-just one of the views ;))
And finally, the inside of the cockpit. The mysterious technic minifig as a driver and on the other side a 12.7 mm machine gun operated by the controls on the driver's side. You can also see the shotguns behind the driver lurking through the windows assuring no one messes with him on the side. Also operated by the controls on the driver's side. Of course, driver's helmet is a very special one that protects him from the noise his guns make otherwise he'd go mad or def trying to protect himself ;))
Everything opened
Strong engine on the front and the survival equipment in the back
Ultimax based 5.56 caliber machine guns now revealed under a heavy armor.
Driver checking out to see what is going on in the distance with his binoculars through the hatch on the roof
And this view reveals what it looks like from the inside
All of the equipment. From the top the case, the fire extinguisher the heavy machine gun, the chest with the money, walkie-talkie, two automatic shotguns, backside machine guns, katana, extra ammo, binoculars and the tools.
This is the driver posing with his weapons and doing maintenance on his machine gun ;))

This is really great. You've packed a lot of detail into this car, and it's nice to see a post-apocalyptic vehicle in a scale other than minifig-size. |
