About this creation

A view of the castle, didn't put to much effort into it considering I didn't really need it, its just a simple little tower with a gourd on top.

View of the floating Island, please don't be to hard on me its my first island ever.

Picture of the tree, shedding its red and pink flowers, edible to humans!

A view of the Little picnic, with the boy and his mother, eating turkey and flowers from the tree, along with a fish the boy caught, the boy is getting ready to cook it.

Over all view of the castle. My favorite part about the build is the lady in the creek. That's for you Phipson ;)

I know that you judges are going to complain about the photos, I really tried to get them clear I really did, but I just couldn't. I sat there for almost an hour trying to get the camera to take good photos, these were the best I could get. You would be horrified if you saw the others. So if you could, rate the creation, not the pictures.

The waterfall is by far your best work here (I think.) You did a great job on the texturing and the feel of it. The floating island reminds me a LOT of the movie Avatar. I think this is a fantastic MOC in my opinion. Great job!

I agree with Keith on this one but, but that waterfall is sooo...amazing. Along with the floating rock, I love that.

Quoting Yuri Fassio A word of advice: never underrate your own MOC in its very page. And, why would we object to the pictures? They may not be perfect, but they're clear enough for us to see your MOC clearly, and thus judge it. About the build: it really uses pretty basic techniques, like what you'd expect to see in an old Castle set. Maybe it was that, that helped me seeing the "magical", fairy-tale feeling behind this build. to me, this is worth an otherwise stretchy 3rd point. Congratulations on giving this your best :)
Thanks, its just that my new camera got lost and we haven't been able to find it. I assure you when I do, the pictures will be a lot better. Thanks all!

The only suggestion I can make about the pictures is make sure you are bracing your arms or the camera on something; that can help with those minor focus issues. It's a nice build and you have a lot going on, but can you make it interesting by showing off some cool techniques you know? 2 points.

You ask us to rate the creation and not the pictures; however, it is the pictures that we are looking at to rate your moc. You see the irony here don't you? This hobby requires both the ability to create/build and take decent photos. It really is essential. Work with the camera, use a tripod (or books), good lighting (like a desk lamp or taking pics in the kitchen), play with the aperture if you can - the higher the number the greater the depth of view. As for the moc - it is worth a two (2) points from me. The build and the placement of elements are decent but not wow. The flying rock is a nice touch. Lee.
