Gotta correct you there Jeffery. Mantine is a water/flying type. The 'dex entry says that they gather speed underwater and jump out gliding through the air like flying fish.

Also I am not a judge I simply wrote the judging criteria, the moderators are judges.
Neat! I like the scenery. I thought about having mine fly over the water, since they totally CAN (according to Bulbapedia).
