About this creation
Phew, falling behind on my postings again. Here's a microscale medley when I got the micro bug a little while ago. Most of the mocs here were inspired by classic spaceships from science fiction :)
First, the Shuttle "Axolotl" type, designed to operate in the toxic atmosphere of Norus One. Crimso Giger gave me the idea for this one and saved it from being scrapped before completion. Thanks mate!

Second, a transport named "Devil Woman". She could do with a decent overhaul but she still gets the job done. (Inspired by the Nostromo from 'Alien'. I used a temporary tattoo for the decal, it worked really good. Try it out yourself!)

Ghost ship, Unidentified Space Vessel 593-D. This craft has been making regular appearances around the Nordii Sector leaving nervous and superstitious spacefarers in it's wake. Who (or what) is piloting the vessel is unknown at this time.

Transport, "Hefty's Fourtune". The Kragg brothers never did have two astro-pennies to scrape together but somehow they managed to salvage enough components to assemble a working transport and earn a half-decent wage doing in-system deliveries. (Inspired by old school Chriss Foss chequered spaceships)

Vyxii Pirate ship nicknamed the "Maggot". Tractor beam arms, armoured bridge, 8x torpedo tubes, one hell of an attitude! (inspired by microscopic flora and fauna)

V-5 Hyperbus shuttle. With this one I was going for acurvy, retro design. Not sure if it worked; it went through about 30 different designs before I finally decided to go with this one. What a headache. At least the photos like nice and moody.

Pilot ship "Betsy-Lou"
Pilot ships aren't exactly the prettiest spacecraft but when those big SHIPs need to dock in a crowded spaceport, who ya gonna call? The bridge has a lovely 360 degree view and the powerful tractor-magnets can deftly handle the largest warship. (You know those tugs you see in a harbour that guide the large cruise ships and oil tankers into the docks? This is a space version of those)

As always guys thank you for looking, I really do appreciate it. The Lego community is helping me get through some tough times lately :)

I love nanoscaled ships. They don't need to be aerodynamic, so you can shape them as you please. These are amazing :) |

Good lord, these are amazing! I love large micro-scale ships! It just makes them that much bigger when I imagine them in full size. It's hard to pick a favorite, so I'm not going to:). Excellent. |

All great ships. My favorite was "Hefty's Fortune." I loved the bridge design on that one and the image of regular blue collar joes trying to eek out a living in the cold nothingness of space has always been appealing to me for some reason... Great work ShannO! ~ Chris. |

Excellent compilation! I'm inspired now. After I get back on top of my posts, I think I'll build some microships. |

Always good to be building microscale ships, no matter how frustrating it can sometimes/usually is. I like the retro one a lot. I'd give a more detailed comment, but I am close to being malnourished right now. All that building.
Good day |

Some very inspired builds there. I like the space version of a pilot ship. But I think the axolotl one is best, becasue it actually looks like one, while still also looking like a space ship. |

I'm really liking the V-5 Hyperbus, but I can see the "tattoo" on the Devil Woman drawing some complains from the kiddies. |

These are all really cool Shannon, you have the skill to make something cool from the most basic of parts. love the green 'tug' ship. I must imagine how big the other ships are!! They would be huge! |

The Ghost Ship, especially the last shot, reminds me of The Black Hole. The Maggot could not have been given a better name, in a good way. And Amen to LEGO helping us through this *bleep* called life. May your days be brighter and your bricks be plentiful!~H |
