23) Short Story/Song/Poem (Eurobricks' Finest)
About this creation
To the tune of I dreamed a dream, from Les Miserables

He dreamed a dream in time gone by,
When cheese was cheap
And bread worth eating
He dreamed that nuts would always keep
He dreamed that Cat would be forgiving
Then he was young and unafraid
And cheese was ate and pooed and wasted
There were no crackers to be had
No snacks untried, no cheese untasted

But the children came at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they eat the larder bare
And they turn your feast to nought!

He took a pencil in his paw
He filled balloons with lungs a-straining
He took the deepest breath you ever saw
And he was gone into the night!

And still he dreams he'll meet the moon
That they will live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And outer-space he could not weather

He had a dream his life would be
So different from this hell he's living
Endless floating, so it seems
Now space has killed the dream he dreamed.

Amazing! The first two are genius in their own way but that final picture blew me away. Glad to see you on the pages. =)

Thanks guys =)
Quoting Yuri Fassio It's pretty hard to follow the writing if I need to open each picture to see the MOC. Too bad, this is called "poor presentation" and it takes away part of the score you deserved for these amazing sets (the last is the best). 3 points.
I would argue that 3 points is rather harsh for being unused to MOCpages formatting; but I totally understand your point. I've updated the page - but don't expect you to change your scores - for my personal satisfaction with the MOC and presentation, if that's all cool with you -?

Interesting techniques abound in this MOC. Some refreshing content here! Grats on some 5s.

Love the apple core, love the whole moc actually. Even if you had only posted the last picture, I probably would have given you five (5) points, and that is what you get. Lee.

The builds are fantastic, but I have the same problems with the presentation. 4 points.
