My entry for Triangulate This in Cafe Corner Building. A Pet Shop and A Fish n' Chip store
About this creation
Here they both are! “Crocs Fish n’ Chips” on the left, a Pet Store on the right.
Rear comparison of the two buildings. One of the workers of the Pet Shop is heading upstairs, and the wife of the owner of the Pet Shop is relaxing on the roof.
An individual shot of the Pet Shop.
Let’s work each floor from the top down. Just the way Chris does it.... First the roof. Notice the TV antenna and the wife of the Pet Shop owner lounging on her deckchair, under her umbrella. How did she get on the roof, I hear you ask.
She climbed up the ladder, that’s how. (It’s very hard to take a good picture, but assure me, the ladder goes into the second floor).
The interior of the second floor, which houses the owners of the Pet Shop. Small but homely.
Another view of the interior.
The bedroom, with large screen TV. A small lamp adorns the bedside table.
The kitchen, with cook-tops, fridge and an oven (going right to left).
The son of the owner, dressed in his uniform heads upstairs. No, he doesn’t sleep in the same bed; he lives with his girl friend.
The pet store itself. Selling all your Pet needs!
Fish tank, also housing a frog.
The owner of the Pet Shop, in his uniform. There is a rare parrot on the sales desk, and in that cage behind him is a rat.
Visible behind the customer is the snake’s enclosure.
Visible through the front windows also, two dogs and a cat, who is playing with a ball of wool.
The stock room.
How much is that doggy in the window (ruff ruff)?
The one with the waggly tail.
“Crocs Fish n’ Chips” alone.
Rear of “Crocs Fish n’ Chips”. The red cylinder is gas for cooking.
Customers view of drink fridge and sales person. The customer is picking up his take-away order, wrapped in old paper.
View from sales person. The red couch is for waiting, and the table and chairs for eating in.
Inside of the kitchen. Various vats and cooking stations.
Another kitchen shot.
Roof shot, also showing the side of the Pet Shop.
This creation used almost all of my tiles. But it was one of my favourite to build. I think it may stay together for a little while.
This is awesome!!! I love it. So much attention to detail! And great to introduce the timeless fish and chip shop to Main St America! Love the pet shop with all the cages and the flat upstairs with the plasma tv and that adorable loo! For an Ausie I have to admit you are pretty tallented!
Is it just me or would Heath's liquor store look awesome with this set? Ghetto CC is born! This is great MarioMan, you managed some cool details. The signs are my favorite part; obviously the croc, but the way you did 'Pets', just does it for me. Great work!~H
