Triangulate This! Landscape MOCathalon Entry
This is my entry for the Landscape category for the MOCathalon for my team Triangulate This! Round 2 entry.
About this creation

Well Keith said we couldn't do anymore Landscapes with a highway going through them for a juxtaposition, so I was thinking of all the earthquakes lately which have been coming from the ocean floor mostly. We have quite a bit of oil lines running along the ocean floor, so I was thinking about what would happen if they cracked open.

I'm not an environmentalist or anything to that extent, but I definitely wonder at times some of the damages we do.

I was doing research into this and found that pics of the ocean floor are often multicolored due to the shadows, and light deflection. So I thought I'd try something other than strictly tan.

Well there you go Keith, something a little bit different than a highway. ;)

Nice job! All the details make it seem so lifelike! BTW I did my first game review on my homepage and could you check it out and give me some pointers?

The pipe is excellent. It was fun competing with you in the 2010 Moc Athalon, just barely edged you out at the end there. If you don't have any objections, partners for the Moc Games? Keep me updated, -Sam

The pipe is very good, but I think the seabet is a bit basic. It looks like something I would build (not a compliment lol). 3 points.

How do you know so much about the deep sea when you live in the highlands of the Sonoran Desert? XD. This is definitely unique in the landscape category!

Excellent idea! That's a great pipe and the effect of oil leaking out looks great!

The landscape part could have used more work, but the oil pipe and the leak win the day. Four (4) points. Lee.

Nice work. Very different way to look at landscape and the juxtaposition requirement. could have been a little more detailed. 4 points.

Cool! I like how you did the pipes and ocean floor, and also how you changed the diver's helmet to the Space Police one. Great stuff :)

The oil creeping out was a nice touch! Not a bad little entry at all my friend. Simple yet effective. ~ Chris.
