The Hunter Killer 33 Heavy Drone Unit. Yes Gideon, in your name =D
About this creation
So I had this weapon variant from my previous Bionicle MOC (the Godslayer) just laying around in my main building box and I knew I had to build something for them. I had the idea of building this kind of construction long ago, but my spinal design really gave it the spark it needed!
So without furtherado, presenting:
The HK 33 Heavy Drone. The Hunter Killer was designed to serve has a heavy duty frontline and behind-enemy-lines AI killing machine. Its original concept was has a exterminator droid to scavenge important remains from the best taken down enemies and search for stragglers or injured infantry to POW status. Yet, the project was so well financed and had so many new technologies applied that size, power and intelligence got to the top!
Still serving for its original purpose, the equipment the HK now holds makes him a deadly opponent in any environment and against any type of foe. Armed with razor sharp claw feet, 2 IPR Automatic Cannons and an incredible CPU equipped with all kinds of tracking devices, the Hunter Killer is ready for the smartest field rats!
Yet so much power has also some drawbacks. The mono-eye camera is the only visual element that keeps it rolling, if destroyed or damaged, the HK turns into a sitting duck. Also, the cybernetic snipe design to provide the quickest time/reaction is the main weak-spot. Like a human, the destruction or damaging of this component might leave the HK limited to certain actions or even completely KIA.
NOTE: The name for this MOC was taken from Gideon Fuccis ex username (Hunter Killer 33). See this has an homage to you buddy :D
This is Bernardo signing off.

Great job! The mech just screams AWESOMESAUCE (credit goes to Spaztastic the Diabolical)! So you're Portuguese? Yeah your country's explorer's did a lot of discovering in my book and are barley mentioned. Myself, a future Archeologist, believes those explorers need more credit! You guys invented the Caravel! Anyway I'd love to discuss Portuguese history with you sometime. Also, sorry for the long comment.
Good so see someone acknowledges our golden age of discoveries. We had a mighty empire you know? Spanning South America, Africa, India, etc... We could talk via msn if I have your email. And dont be sorry, I like constructive criticism :D |

Wow, I can't believe I missed this for so long... I saw it every time I checked tour page, but I thought I commented already... Well, I like the head and shoulders most of all, love the weapons too, but I think it could have done without that smudge of silver on its tighs. |
