Hanger 42 - Updated
Hanger 42 is the latest addition to Tycho Station, on the south side of the Moon. Although not yet fully operational technicians expect the first arrivals within the next few weeks.
About this creation
Enlarged the hanger quite a bit vertically and popped in a walkway and some new greebles. It's now 28 studs high, which allows for better photos.

Chief McGuinty inspecting the hanger door controls.

Chief McGuinty - "So what does this button do then?"
Colin - "Er, that one's coffee, two sugars."

Chief McGuinty - "Come on Colin get it open with your spanner, I haven't got all day!"
Colin - "I told you, boss, you gotta use the keypad to open the door."
Chief McGuinty - "Don't give that lip of yours young laddie or it's Hanger 43 for you, and THAT's made of megabloks."
Colin - "Spanner it is then boss."

Right, Colin, you've got to put THAT thruster on THAT ship just using THAT spanner.

Colin - "How come I get to do all the scummy jobs?"
Chief McGuinty - "Cos you got the blue baseball cap & I've got this lovely peaked hat."

Overhead - ish view of the middle of the hanger.

Up top view, this is the largest MoC I've ever done, 80 studs wide and a little over 16 studs high.

Close up looking left, yes you've spotted it that's my "Inspection Area" plopped in there. It still needs a little work & more goodies to put in there - ships / crates / maybe a mech or two...

In case you're wondering, those guys ARE Blacktron.

Well, don't want to spoil the magic or anything, but - I made the MoC to fit a shelf of a Billy (IKEA) in order to provide a decent display area and fiddled around with LDD and MLC trying different things, the design really is all mine. Any parts I didn't have I used Bricklink.
