This is not my first LEGO® creation since childhood/youth, but it´s one of the first ones and one that is hopefully interesting enough without an ambient background. I love time machines in general, but especially the TARDIS (coming soon) and the old and new Time Machine from Wells. I think the remake from 2002 is underestimated and the work of Guy Pearce, Simon Wells, Oliver Scholl, Klaus Badelt and all the others were great.

About this creation

As you can see (from his beard shadow), Dr. Alexander Hartdegen is ready to visit the future in seek of answers. I´ll have to change the lever to one with a tan base.

From this side you can see the battery pack (with the 2 green round plates). I found another solution for the grey valve. I´ll post that in an update.

I created the 2 prism shields so that they can be rotated (otherwise the time machine wouldn´t work, right?).

Now that I think about it, I´ll have to find a better suit for Dr. Hartdegen. Maybe I have to design a decal. Anyway, morlocks, here we come.

First of all, thank you. B, no wait, second, I'm working on the ldr-file/instructions at the moment (half done). Third, I built the 50s version when I did the 2002 version, but considered it too simple to post. Maybe I'll change my mind. And fourth, Hanover in Germany?

both creations are high grade builds, very clean, and sculptured! great work! this is the first creation i ve seen from you, i came to visit, as i noticed your comments on other mocers creations, i love, and own both movie versions, i like the end of the original better though. i ll review all your work, since it s not too extensive.
