This is the Magnet Train from the video game Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. This train is used to commute between Johto and Kanto. The two stations are located in Goldenrod City and Saffron City. The train is always available for a ride 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The train has a top speed of 340 miles per hour. Unlike the magnet train from the original Gold/Silver/Crystal, this one rides above the ground much like a monorail. To be able to ride it, you have to find a missing part to the Power Plant and obtain a Rail Pass. More information (and images) of the train can be found here.
