Well, this is what happens when you are me and you try to make a minigun. You end up with something about ten times the size of what you had hoped for. But, I still think it turned out okay, so enjoy!
About this creation
A side view, showing off the intimidating ammunition, and the nine barrels that rotate.
Here is a front view. This baby comes with a telescope for spotting enemy vehicles and air craft. Once the enemy is in focus, the integrated computer locks it in place and makes the scorpion move in sync with it, to keep it aimed.
An overhead view of the scorpion.
This view of the scorpion makes me wonder what what will become of Andrew Somers when he takes an airplane ride to get rid of a bought with spontaneous combustion. Oh well, can't be too bad...
Another view, one of the greebling and telescope
This pic makes me think of a bird more that a scorpion, but that is because of the ammo. I am really glad I had that piece for the back.
Here is some gunsight.
At this point, I would suggest you call 911, just for fun, since there is nothing they can do to stop it. Maybe you might even give the operator a scare for a few months with your vivid descriptions and the sound of you howling in pain. Don't ask me why I thought of that...
And here we have the scorpion posed all nice and orderly in Anti-aircraft mode. The legs move so that the gun raises, and is now able to get some of those pesky little aircraft out of the sky.
Here we have a closeup of the many barrels of the scorpion, all looking nice and menacing.
A view of the back.
And here is the Three man action team, consisting of Keith, Captain Griffin =P Matthews, and Private Micheal Buddy. Just call him "MJ", he was very proud of Micheal Jackson... In fact, he even requested a white glove.
Well, I might as well tell you what they are all doing. Keith is operating the telescope, Private MJ is firing, and Captain Griffin =P Matthews is just helping load the ammo into the scorpion because there really isn't anything better to do.
The final shot of the three man action team and the scorpion. I think Cpt. Matthews likes all this attention. I see a future model. But wait, ughh, maybe I don't. Sorry Griffin. Anyway, hope you all liked the moc, give me some comments so I can see what you liked or didn't like.
Quoting Chowder ™
Wow. This is an awesome MOC! The leg design and the machine gun barrels are awesome. Unless the machine gun barrels shoot missiles. And where did you get those tracks for the bullet belt?
Thanks, and I got the tracks from a set that 000 gave me for ma B-day, it was a sort of one track sepratist tank for star wars or something. You might be able to find it on ebay. It's set number is 7748.
