EVA Mass Production
A stylized recreation of the mass-production EVA units from the film "End of Evangelion"
About this creation
This is my rendering of one of the mass-production EVAs from the "End of Evangelion" film. It is not entirely film-accurate, which I purposely did to attempt a more stylized look to this creation. It is largely built out of Bionicle and Technic pieces, though there are some traditional LEGO bricks used in this creation as well.

A side shot of the EVA, showing off his weapon. The arms are supposed to be white, along with the majority of the body. I was unable to find a white arm piece comparable to the size of the one I used, so I substituted with light grey. It's not perfect, but it's close to the right color, so I'm not terribly upset about it.

A close-up shot of the leg. I tried to recreate the knee-cap piece by using Toa Nuju's arms.

A shot of the back, highlighting the wings. In the film, the backside of the wings are white, as is the middle 'backpack' piece that attaches them to the EVA. I opted to give the wings a more feathered look.

Finally, the creepy smile-bearing EVA chilling next to the film that landed him his groundbreaking role.

As per tradition, a song from the film's original soundtrack. Below is "Munashiki Nagare" - enjoy.
