The PCM (Personal Cargo Mech)-12000 is the most effective way to get big things from here to there. In this case, Sig Cody Figgy is delivering a giant keg and some cases of soda to the judges of the 2010 Mech Contest. Speaking of which, this is my first entry for the civillian mech category.
About this creation
This idea came to me when Matt David was talking about how judging would be a busy thing because of the amount of people who joined, and he said something about how he deserves a case of his favorite beer. I did one up from that and got a keg that Matt's (unofficial) Sigfig could swim in. Thanks to all the judges =)
The mech, delivering the judges' beverages.
Sig Cody Figgy being a total suck-up.
Mr. Bones and Matt going in for a high-five.
Mech Man smirking at his imminent caffeine high.
Mr. Rahkshi8000 doing a victory dance.
The cases of soda
The steamroller-sized keg.
The mech without the cargo.
The judges in front of their gifts.
Mech man, who didn't have a SigFig posted, so I got this basic design from your lego belt page.
Mister Bones, the only judge to have a SigFig, and I still managed to get it wrong. Let's just go with your hair was burned off when you changed your buddy icon to a flaming skull. Yeah, that should work.
Matt David, who also doesn't have an official SigFig. This one was derived from your buddy icon.
Mr. Rahkshi8000, who has neither a sigfig or a useful buddy icon. Your name was all I had to build off of, and so I made a minifig(ish)-scale rahkshi for your SigFig.
Thanks for viewing! Judges, I hope you like the SigFigs I made for you! Bones, I'm sure your hair will grow back soon, don't worry about it. :)
I really like the gray and dark blue, they've always been a subtle, futuristic color combination to me, much like Star Wars. The legs of the build are my favorite part, they look very sturdy, nice poses as well!
Yes! I appreciate the mini-me. I really like the whole idea of this mech. I mean, come on, you have to love a Mech that delivers soda, right? Or...other beverages?? totally worth every bit of 4 PTS for creativity. It's kind of along the same lines of the vending-machine mech, but I think it was original enough.
That sprinting pose just cracked me right up, it looked so earnest it its rush to get somewhere, hahaha, maybe I'm a whacky but that pic just cracks me up, it's awesome. Love the guest sig-fig's to, nice touch...
Awesome mech, but what's caught my eye is...minifig sized rahkshi! I might just have to *yoink* that because, y'know, I might need it. :P Anyways, I love the overall look of the mech, reminds me of that robot from Robocop. Hopefully yours can walk down stairs though. :)
