About this creation
Since this is just a wip based on the mgs4 trailer, I got nothing much to say, just that i hope you like it. By the way, the minifigs and comments are also from the trailer, go watch it! it's awsome.

yeah, it can't stand by itself, the legs look very cool organic and accurate, but don't offer much support, that''s what the glass is for.

there were two types of gekkous in the trailer, one with radars and a weird thing on the left...

War has changed, it's no longer about profit, ethnicity, it's about racism against the peach minifigs!.
|
the metal gear gekkou emmits the sound of a cow, a cicada (sp?) and ghetto talk.

I'm keeping these pictures from that stupid comic just to show that I made mgs4 snake and raiden figs (hey, one likes to be one of the first), sorry for that, I made the comic in a stupid moment, it's not actually entertaining, I will stick to the visual, writing sucks.

Everybody's favorite robot.... dinosaur.... mech....thing.
Ok don't blame me I've never played the game! But Metal Gears are awesome! |

well, it's a decent representation (no, i couldn't do better, probably. but i'm making one) but the legs look too thin and splayed. and the way the dinosaur feet are on the sides instead of down are a real problem to me. and overall, the legs look so spread out instead of cluttered chunkily together. that involuntarily bugs me. but the head looks alright, and i can't find much else to rant about ( :P ) so, i guess that's it. |

What I find unusual is that these walkers BLEED. That, and the fact that their leg-units seem very organic. Gekkou may be farfetched (more like Metal Gear Acid-Trip), but it's still cool nonetheless: and this MOC captures its downright awesomeness. |

The Gekkou is awesome, SNOTty and accurate, and yeah, even for a MGS illiterate like me, these things do look sort of strange...but at least you managed to get a good Lego version out of them. Good job also on the comic! ^_^ |

Well, it's great, as usual. Can't get terribly excited about these Metal Gear Gekkos myself, but you did a good job (it looks a bit too big though, or is that just me?). It's not your fault they have slug legs and sound like cows. The legs look awkward, but that was inevitable due to the subject matter, and I can't think of another way to do them. So for great accuracy and detail, you get a 5/5. |
