This is my entry for Round 1 of the SWLC Tournament in the category Favorite Character. I have a TON of favorite characters in the Star Wars saga, but I think Yoda is THE MAN, especially after I saw him in action in the Prequals. I didn't want to do another Chibi build, but I did want Yoda to have a cartoony look. I wanted his cuteness to contrast the violence of the scene. If you didn't know, this is a scene from Episode 3 where Yoda and Obi-Wan go to the Jedi Temple to warn any remaining Jedi about Order 66. I saw a bust of this and just had to build it in Lego. I know my Clone doesn't look exactly like the "real" thing, but it's as close as I could in this size. Please RATE and COMMENT:)

You could have done the fist fight between Han and the Scout Trooper in Ep. 6, but, oh well. This is probably the most creative entry of the entire group! Personally, however, I would have done the move where Yoda jumps on the trooper's back and beheads him, complete with trans-orange disks on the head and neck cuts...Decapitation is so much more dramatic than stabbing.... |

My favorite character is Han Solo! hands down (because I always wanted to be him AND get the girl)BUT, I couldn't think of any action scenes with Han (OT didn't have many hand to hand combat scenes) SO I went with my second favorite Yoda. |

I know Yoda is a bit out of proportion with the clone. I tried MANY different design ideas to make Yoda's head smaller, but the smaller I went the more "cuteness" I lost. I'd rather leave him a little big and keep the look. |
