This is my second Joker Rise To Power Comic. I know its been a year since I made the first one, but here is the second one. It will lead to major events in the future of this comic series. It's 30 pages long, and I hope you enjoy it. Please comment at the end!
it's pretty good, I'd recommend making them longer in the future. the editing is done well, and overall you did a good job here. I'll hope to see more.
