The first star wars creation in quite a while...
About this creation
So, this is my entry to the first round of the Star Wars Lego Creations Torunament.
The challenge was to show your favorite sw-character doing at what he or her is best at. Well, as you can see I went for Boba Fett and what could he do better than customize and awesomefy old junk. This time he's trying his hands on a walker:
One day Boba Fett went to Raxus Prime to get some replacement parts for his Slave I.
While walking through the mountains of everything the Galaxy had wasted, something striked his eyes:
The rests of an old AT-RT were lying between the useless junk.
He remembered them from the time he was a small child, the time of the Clone Wars.
It was basically only the cockpit, since both legs were missing, but Boba grabbed some other garbage and went back to his hood.
He started to build his own walker out of all junk he had found, bigger and faster than all AT-RTs the Galaxy had seen...
How could Boba live without an life-sized poster of Han Solo with a knife in it?
Boba working on the right leg.
some stuff he has collected over years.
The scene without figs.
Now a closer look at the walker:
He made the legs a lot longer and the overall thing a little bigger.
I actually tried to get some AT-ST into the AT-AR.
there's room for one minifig.
I had originally made a scene where Vader is choking an imperial officer, but I wasn't happy how it came out. Today I decided to go for another character. Unfortunately I also got sick today and my mom didn't allow to leave the bed. So I had to make this entire thing in my bed...:D
I hope you like it!

I didn't check, but I'm supposing Mister Bones goes around and leaves comments with the word "sir" in them, and expects his/her comment to be appreciated... He did in mine... (MB: Nice job Sir. Try improving the _____) BTW, nice job Sir, when you finish your AT-RT or whatever it was, it be wise to update me...(if you ACTUALLY finish it, heeheee) :D BUT, why is the MOC called "Boba's Hood"? Because, basically, the main focus is the 1 legged piece of junk, right? Yes, I know HTML isn't compatible with MOCpage's "un-rich-type" comment system, but just emphasizing.
Um, I will probably never finish this, since I used quite old pieces that are hardly available....and I ran out of them.
So, yeah, you got the point. I was planning having Boba in some sort of garage, I didn't change my plan. It actually should have been named like Boba's garage. Your question is totally legitimate (I also thought about Boba's crib XD)...I can't answer :) |

You did an amazing job, I could immediately recognize that the walker was an AT-RT, great work! |

Thanks for the comments, guys! But please don't complain about the size. It's supposed to be bigger than a normal AT-RT, since Boba Boba patched it up out of old junk, and not only AT-RT junk, and built his own walker. |
