About this creation
This is a model that has been sitting in my room for a while and i just now put it on.
The Strider's body has been remodeled, the Partical cannon and nose Pulse cannon have been fixed. Grebbels, if thats how you spell it, have been added to give it a more organic feal. The feet also got a rebuild and the legs are longer to put it to scale more. Half-life requests accepted. I need ideas!
by the way: This Strider is freestanding, ballanced under it's own weight. Standing on its own. I have no idea how either but i'm glad its weighted the way it is!

Don't forget to reload, Dr. Freeman!
Best LEGO/HL2 cross I've seen in a while. Cept for that really cool Jalopy I saw somewhere...
Oh, and @Caleb Snider: It's supposed to look like that. That's how the Strider looks. If he did what you said, it wouldn't be a Strider anymore, it would just be... *gasp* original. |

STRIIIIIDEEEEER! Very impressive. This creation looks like you grabbed it right out of your screen. I really like the striders, although I hate fighting them! Definitely 5/5. |

I actually like this one better than your other one, your top armor looks more full and all around better. The legs look blocky and the bottom gun looks a little low strung, but again you did a fantastic job on something few have even tried. All around the flaws with the design are not enough to detract from the overall model. |

Dood! thats freekin radical! I been wanting to make DOG but i never seem to have the time, please tell me, did you uses just lego or did you use some bionical pecies as well? Love the feet detail and the gun.
Try and make DOG, and have them fight just like in HL2. Now THAT would be cool to see! |

This is OUTSTANDING! A very accurate reproduction of a subject (HL 2) that is underrepresented on MOC. Great work! |

Amazing. Although I've never played the game, nor do I know what the original looks like, I think this is a great MOC. The only improvement I would suggest would be to build up the body a little bit and cover the studs with small slopes or studless tiles. But I think it's great: very alien, very scary, very iconic. Well-done! |

I enjoy your new version of this model. Good job with detail and the fact that it looks like a precarious build, it shows well however you proped it. I don't really know what a Strider Redux looks like except for what you have to show and I like it. Keep up good works like this. |
