this is a very old moc. original form built sometime back in 2008.

About this creation

voltac is a vetern toa. he was around before the ruling of the toa elite. his closest friends who were also around back then are tactoron, saltraz, and tussuk. he is mighty old, but not as elderly as saltraz, but still a bit past is prime. he was once a vey reckless and dangerous toa who was feared to one day join the makuta, although back then the toa and makuta lived peacefully one different sides of the continent, while nowadays tensions of war are near the breaking point. he is a toa of heat, being able to entensify the air to melt armour or able to absorb all to freeze hie enimies. he also has many explosive powers, actually being able to blow up like a bomb but remain intact and alive. he is very hot-tempered, but wise and cold-hearted.

this moc was well overdue for an upgrade. so, i decided to experiment on him with some new designs of mine. the body is custom, but more importantly i was able to give him shoulder articultion :D
he can cross his arms and i think scratch his head, but the body will change since it is a prototype body, made to experiment and test shoulder articulation on toa mocs.

To me, I don't think he should be so skinny around the waist, but I definitely do think your choice of the Vakama masks was smart, it looks great! If you ever make another upgrade, I would suggest making him a little thicker.

thank you. and yes, i agree. i didnt have too many pieces at the time so i had to somewhat compromise with making the body, but if i do ever upgrade him again i will be sure to make him thicker like the original version previously on mocpages, and i say that since voltac is actually a very old moc, for around 2007, 2008 i think.
