It has been really a long time since my last post, and really I realized that life without LEGO is too bad and boring, I felt like I was missing something very important, any way I'm back again! Never like before; I built something out of my comfort zone, a transformable LEGO car, I know it's not the first Camaro on the site, but I think it's the first one that transforms in 4 min. into a huge monster autobot, this wasn't easy at all, it was my hardest build to date. Any way hope you like it, thanks for visiting my page :)
About this creation
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a 2009 American science fiction action film, directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg. It is the sequel to Transformers (2007) and the second film in the live-action Transformers series. The plot revolves around Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf), the human caught in the war between Autobots and Decepticons, having visions of Cybertronian symbols, and being hunted by the Decepticons under the orders of their long-trapped leader, The Fallen, who seeks to get revenge on Earth by finding and activating a machine that would provide the Decepticons with an energon source, destroying all life on the planet in the process.
With deadlines jeopardized by possible strikes by the Directors Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild, Bay managed to finish the production on time with the help of previsualization and a scriptment by his writers Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman, and series newcomer Ehren Kruger. Shooting took place from May to November 2008.
Despite mostly negative reviews by film critics, it was a box office success, achieving the highest Wednesday opening gross in history, bringing in $62 million in North America and close to $100 million worldwide; this is also the third-highest opening day gross of all time, behind only The Twilight Saga: New Moon's $72.7 million and The Dark Knight's $67.1 million. It is currently the fourth highest-grossing film of 2009 worldwide (behind Avatar, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs) and the second-highest grossing film of 2009 in the United States, only behind Avatar. In less than a month, the film surpassed the all-time earnings of its predecessor. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray in USA on October 20, 2009 and on November 30, 2009 in the UK.
Thousands of years ago, there was a race of ancient Transformers who scoured the universe looking for energon sources. Known as the Dynasty of Primes, they used machines called Sun Harvesters to drain stars of their energy in order to convert it to energon and power Cybertron's AllSpark. The Primes agreed that life-bearing worlds would be spared, but in 17,000 BC, one brother, thereafter dubbed "The Fallen", constructed a Sun Harvester on Earth. The remaining brothers thus sacrificed their bodies in order to hide the Matrix of Leadership—the key that activates the Sun Harvester—from The Fallen, who swore to seek revenge upon Earth
In the present day, two years after the events of the previous film, Optimus Prime is seen leading NEST, a military organization consisting of human troops and his own team of Autobots (including newcomers Arcee, Chromia, Elita One, Sideswipe, Jolt, and the twins (Skids and Mudflap) aimed at killing the remaining Decepticons on Earth. While on a mission in Shanghai, Optimus and his team destroy Decepticons Sideways and Demolishor, being given a warning by the latter that "The Fallen will rise again". Back in the United States, Sam Witwicky finds a splinter of the destroyed AllSpark, and upon contact the splinter fills his mind with Cybertronian symbols. Deeming it dangerous, Sam gives the AllSpark splinter to his girlfriend Mikaela Banes for safe keeping, and leaves her and Bumblebee behind to go off to college. Upon arrival, Sam meets his college roommate Leo Spitz, who runs an alien conspiracy website, and Alice, a co-ed who makes unusually strong sexual advances on him. Back home, Decepticon Wheelie tries to steal the shard, only to be captured by Mikaela. After having a mental breakdown, uncontrollably writing in Cybertronian language, Sam calls Mikaela, who immediately leaves to get to him.
Decepticon Soundwave hacks into a US satellite and learns the locations of the dead Decepticon leader Megatron and another piece of the AllSpark. The Decepticons attack the secret base, retrieve the shard, and use it to resurrect Megatron, who flies into space and is reunited with Starscream and his master, The Fallen in the Nemesis. The Fallen instructs Megatron and Starscream to capture Sam in order to discover the location of the Matrix of Leadership. With Sam's outbreaks worsening, Mikaela arrives at campus just as Alice—revealed to be a Decepticon Pretender—attacks Sam. An irate Mikaela, Sam, and his roommate Leo drive off, crashing into Alice, but are seized by the Decepticon Grindor. The Decepticon known as "The Doctor" prepares to remove Sam's brain, but Optimus and Bumblebee turn up and rescue him. In an ensuing fight, Optimus engages Megatron, Grindor and Starscream. Optimus manages to kill Grindor and rip off Starscream's arm, but during a momentary distraction while searching for Sam, he is blindsided then impaled and blasted through the chest by Megatron and dies. Megatron and Starscream depart as the Autobot team arrives to rescue Sam, unable to save Optimus.
After Prime's death, The Fallen is freed from his captivity and Megatron orders a full-scale assault on the planet. The Fallen speaks to the world and demands they surrender Sam to the Decepticons or they will continue their attack. Sam, Mikaela, Leo, Bumblebee, the twins and Wheelie regroup, and Leo suggests his online rival "Robo-Warrior" may be of assistance. "Robo-Warrior" is revealed to be former Sector 7 agent Simmons, who informs the group that the symbols should be readable for a Decepticon. Mikaela then releases Wheelie, who can't read the language, but identifying it as that of the Primes, directs the group to a Decepticon seeker named Jetfire. They then find Jetfire at the F. Udvar-Hazy Center and reactivate him via the shard of the AllSpark. After teleporting the group to Egypt, Jetfire explains that only a Prime can kill The Fallen, and translates the symbols, which contain a riddle that sets the location of the Matrix of Leadership somewhere in the surrounding desert. By following the clues, the group arrive at the tomb where they ultimately find the Matrix, but it crumbles to dust in Sam's hands. Believing the Matrix can still revive Optimus, Sam collects the dust and instructs Simmons to call Major William Lennox to bring the other Autobots and Optimus's body.
The military arrives with the Autobots, but so do the Decepticons, and a battle ensues. During the fight, Decepticon Devastator is formed and unearths the Sun Harvester from inside one of the pyramids before being destroyed by the US military with the help of agent Simmons. Jetfire arrives and destroys Mixmaster, but is mortally wounded by Scorponok. The Air Force bombs the Decepticons, but Megatron breaks through the offensive and kills Sam. While dead, Sam is contacted by the Dynasty of the Primes who, acknowledging his courage and dedication to Optimus, revive him and rebuild the Matrix of Leadership. Sam goes on to revive Optimus just before the Fallen ambush him and his allies, slaughtering a few soldiers and taking off with the Matrix to activate the harvester. Jetfire sacrifices himself so that Optimus can use his parts to fly to the harvester. He successfully destroys it. Then Optimus engages the Fallen in the ruins and kills him by punching through his chest and ripping his spark out. Although the battle was over, Megatron refused to surrender and fled back to the Nemesis with Starscream. The film ends with Optimus alongside Sam on an aircraft carrier, sending a message into space saying that the humans and Transformers both share a common past. During the credits, Sam is seen returning to college.
And of course here's a little video to show you how it transforms from a little BumbleBee to a huge monster ;) Sorry for the bad quality...
Hope you liked it, see you soon with a new MOC (I hope) ;)
One of THE best transfomers Mocs on Mocpages. I absolutely love the attention you gave to the details of the car mode-and do admire your attempt at transformation although its not as good-It doesn't take away from the fact that the Moc is amazing!
Great job, transformation is almost perfect, and you did well. also, SPOILER ALERT, do not give a full play by play of the movie, some people haven't seen it yet!
Great, but a big problem.
my children ask me every day, Dad build it.
I Spend a lot of hours but nothing.
please give details in pictures ore the file for the digital designer 3.x.
These pictures here are not very helpfull. I need details from the back and inside, also better pictures in good quality.
pleas help a father to do this powerfull job for the kids.
thank al lot
Markus
I knew you made a camaro when I saw your profile picture for the first time (I'm a big fan). But you do realise that the camaro you made is technically a VR Camaro. Yes, yes it is. Check it out on google picts. I know that by the Lambo-like openings on the front side. The VR Camaro will only be made in England. But it is a very good build.
Reverse Engineer this and make instructions!!!!! the lego community would LOVE you... heck.. I would love you. Plus then you would have instructions to put it back together again!
Oh my goodness! The Vehicle mode is so acurate! Looks great! Thanks for including the video, I was curious about the way the model opens up and folds out. Great work. Very cool!
Thanks for visiting my page!
Personally think you should sell these mocs. They are great and you could have yourself a nice little business. Just because its a hobby doesn't mean you can't use your skills to make money.

OMG. My boys are freaking out! Where did you find the instructions or how can I get them?
Thanks
Thanks a lot for the compliment. Sorry there are no instructions for this creation, it's my own creation; I just sit and put the pieces together, as you can see LEGO for me is just a hobby :)
Hi old friend,
good to see you bricking again! Although I never was a fan of Transformers, this one is absolutely incredible! Best thing is that you'd never even tend to think it will transform. However, I prefer the car over the bot.
All the best to you and keep on building, Jens
Wow. That is awesome, even for you Firas! :) Keep up the great work! Oh, and I also posted another chapter of Empire of Darkness, I would be much abliged ifyou were to comment on it. Thanks.
Don't listen to the below comment! I understand its his opinion, but the build you just tackled is insanely difficult to do with Legos and is incredible impressive so well done! The two pieces added isn't really cheating because they don't hold the model together from what I can see. They seem to simply be to help the legs stay straight so the robot can stand. I wouldn't consider those cheater pieces. I think this is fantastic! Its a great Camaro and the fact it transforms makes it a top notch and impressive build! Excellent work!
Well - the car mode is cool and in your style, but... there is a small "but" Since you added a few parts while transforming the car into robot, it's kind'a cheating. And someone already mentioned - arms and legs and head too looks perfect, but the body itself is a little bit wrong. I know, it's hard to achieve the perfection in this small scale and anyway, who am I to criticize you, but that's my honest opinion...
My friend, you have made a great comeback! I love the transforming capability, really a strong build! And from now on, don't priorotise work above building cars :-)

Oow deam,,,,
Ey Firas sorry for reviewing so late but it goes so fast with your creations..My first reaction was: This is a little to boxy to be firas work(sorry please forgive and dont sent your robot at me) and then i saw that it could transform and i was like: Whaaaaaht? No way! Firas this is just like Fred sayd: Perfect
Grtzzz Jesse
Great way to come back to Mocpages! You cant even tell that i can turn into a Transformer.but when it did i just sat there speechless,This is a great Transformer!See this for me?http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/199637
I always thought that it's nearly impossible to build a transformer that both looks good and actually transforms. Of course you had to exceed my limits of imagination again and made a transformer that works and looks PERFECT. And again looking at your creation is both pain and pleasure - painful, because I will never be able to build something as perfect as this, and pleasing, because it's just so beautiful and extraordinary. I hope you appreciate this almost poetic-sounding comment and keep up making divine creations like this ;)
By the way Firas, glad you're back, I've been missing your serious but kind comments, I think you'll like this one.....;-)

I have to say this Camaro is to die for. The best one I've seen yet. I especially like the rear. It is exact to the bone. You've really made it to look fantastic. The transforming is amazing, the way you made all the joints and stuff. The only thing I don't like that much is the bumblebee itself (robot mode). But that's just me :)) keep it up!
Long time no see. It's good to see you back with another great build. The car mode is brilliant and the robot mode (with all the moveable parts for the transformation) is amazing to say the least. Nice build.
That is an astonishing piece of work! The camaro is probably the best one on Mocpages, the robot does need a bit of improvement, but it's great that you made it transform atleast. By the way, I don't think Bumblebee had a sunroof?
Amazing! Fantastic work my friend! Good to see you back! The transformation feature its unbelievable! As the Camaro! One of my favorite cars! Lawrence_
I'm gonna be quite honest, the robot mode could use some work. I'm not saying I could do any better, just my opinion, so please don't completely drown me in hate mail. But I also feel like the goods outweigh the bads, The Camaro Form is great, though you should re-name it like, Transformable Bumblebee Camaro, or something. Great build either way!
Nice to see you posting again! And you sure know how to make an entrance. At first, I thought the car and the robot were two seperate models, but shame on me! Not only did you build a stunning Camaro, but you also had to go and make it transform! And the detail and accuracy are amazing, both in the car, and the robot. I wouldn't be shocked if this became one of your most popular creations...
Its great nice to see something new from you. This is INCREDIBLE! I can see you have done some hard work on building this. Awesome build. 5/5 ~ Ghostman :)
Probably the best Camaro on the site even if it didn't transform! The fact that it does though, and into something so excellent looking, makes this build remarkable. Most people couldn't build either such a good car or robot, but here you have both in one MOC. 10/10, as always
Holy cow dude! I don't think there's any better way to begin building again! Not only is this the best Camaro exterior I've ever seen, it is the best working Transformer I've ever seen. I'm blown away by the detail in the front and the overall accurate shaping. Very deserving of 5 smiles.
Dude, this is amazing! I got all excited when I check my New From Your favorite Builders page. Today I was supposed to post an 8-wide muscle car, but me and my dad are flying out to L.A. unexpectedly. So probably next weekend.
That is fantastic! I don't think anyone can beat this on functional elements... You should try to fix the wheels though: the rear ones are too far out and the front ones look like they're too far in.
Love the car mode and i like the robot mode too. The only faults are that i think his legs are a bit too short and the waist is to thin, but don't worry about that, because its imposible to fix without ruining the look of the car. So this is a great MOC from a great MOCer! BTW is this your first transformer?
This is the most awesome lego transformer I've ever seen, besides the fact that it can transform the auto mode is beautiful, an accurate design, you did a very impressive job here
1 point off for spoiling the movie. Just kidding :P
Awesome MOC

Incredible! Johnny and I just watched the whole video...and he's agog! This was well worth the wait (funny how we sent that e-mail to you just yesterday!). You sneaky Guy, you. The Camaro part of the build is breathtaking, and the "Bee" rocks! Love it, Brother!
Without a doubt one of the coolest creations all year. The overall look of the car is brilliance, but the functionality is plain genius. Fantastic work, Firas.
Awesome! Glad to see a post from you again! You did an excellent job in making the Camaro body. You did an excellent job building the car to look clean, even with all those folding features underneath. Great job, on making it transform. Great work! Keep building! -Anthony Dunne
ive seen many camaro mocs but this one is just AWESOME!!! whats really cool about this and that it stands out from the others is that it can actually TRANSFROM
I think you just wanted to shoot a video of yourself with your shirt off, and accidentally had the camera pointed at the Lego! You're up to your usual brilliant tricks here, although that was more information than I wanted about that movie. I haven't seen either Transformers movie, and don't care to.
Wowzers. When I saw the announcement in my e-mail inbox with your name and "Transformers", I knew it was going to be good. The Camaro looks amazing. You always set yourself apart from other car builders by capturing the essence of the vehicle. Not just a close resemblance - you're somehow able to find its attitude, its personality. And the fact that it transforms makes it 10 times better, and more complicated. And 4 minutes? My latest takes 15.
Hey look who's back! Now all you gotta to to this is install a cumputer into it and program it to make coffe!
Joking aside, this just made me see whole new dimensions in LEGO.
Anyway, glad to see ya back!
Holy...! The car is gorgeous and the transformation is icing on the cake! The Camaro is one of my favorite cars especially this latest version! Awesomeness Firas!
