About this creation
So, after watching the great District 9 (very recommended, I loved it), I decided it was time to make something a little bit different. Seeing that big gun exploding guys made me realize that a LEGO® version should be done.
I had a not-so-much-positive sight when the bricks were running out near the end. But as soon I finished it, I forgot all the trouble I had to make it, and started staring at that big gun, ignoring all the kind of different colors I had to use in it.
If you look at the pictures, you may notice I used some tape. I had to do it because the Arc Gun was getting too fragile, and I didn't want to risk hours of work.
Nice work! Despite the slight multi coloring, this looks really good. There were a bunch of neat looking weapons in that movie and the mech/hard suit would look great in Lego too. Peace ~ Packie
