The Engineer's Log 1.

I am Sator.

I am an ex-resident of the Isle of Thorns. Life there was boring, at least for me. The others seem to enjoy it, but I can't quite put my finger on why. But one day, a normal, boring day, an idea popped into my head. I decided to create a defender for the Isle, but not just any defender, but a towering giant that could single-handedly take out any opponent. I asked around for help, but everyone I talked to either called me insane and left, or simply left. I knew that there was no way that I'd be able to build anything nearly as big as I was planning alone, so first, I created the WORK-R:

The WORK-R is a mix between a robot and a backpack. It has a large battery that uses a stable Bionium isotope for power, and because of the potency of such a technology, the WORK-R can work non-stop for 40 hours without a recharge, even though it has a constantly working mini-anti-gravity generator to make it easier for me to carry. I can control the two hands without moving a muscle, and each hand is many, many times more powerful than one of mine. It has a claw to carry parts around and a small plasma jet that can be used to weld nearly any metal and even for battle.

But then, after a quick scan of the Isle, I realized that I wouldn't be able to gather enough materials for my creation. So I built a small motorboat and left in search of an island with more natural resources. After a few days of high-speed travel, I found an island which, based on my scanner's reading, was filled with all sorts of metals, and was absolutely uninhabited. After taking a break from all of the travelling, I set up my small camp, took the two reserve Bionium batteries out, set a small sentry up and went to find the best places to gather Bionium and and other useful metals. After a few weeks of digging ore and smelting I had enough Bionium for 15 more batteries, enough metals to build a medium-sized boat, and about 7 bio of copper wire. I knew that I had enough to at least begin, so I took my unfinished blueprints out, and started to build.

After even more weeks of building and rebuilding, I proudly looked upon the first completed part of my great robot - its leg.

I used one of my Bionium batteries to power the leg, and made it stretch. The simple action drained nearly all of the energy that the battery had, so I knew that I would need to find a significantly better source of energy, otherwise my robot wouldn't even be able to take ten steps.

End log.

After lots of planning and gathering the parts I needed, I built two legs for my newest project. I have yet to think of a name for the huge robot that I will build, but I plan to make him nearly as high as I am(170 cm). Hopefully, I will have enough parts! :D

Hello everyone in the Isle of Thorns! Just a quick note to tell you to check out the current contest going on Tribes of Bara Magna! Feel free to delete this after you read it. The lack of PM-ing on MOCpages is quite frustrating.~Gringat

That'll be a freaking tall moc. Hope it stands up to the task, hehe. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.
