P-51 Mustang Big Beautiful Doll VERSION II
In the process of remodeling my baby brother. he decided to go into my room and rip my Lego to bits.... ya, it sucked rebuilding it from scratch again, but I managed to make it again, and I added a bunch more cool features like detail and whatnot, check it out and PLEASE COMMENT.
About this creation

I tried to show less studs on this model throughout it.

This model is more accurate than my last one from nose to tail.

I changed the nose so it has the correct 6 cylinders. They may be a little big but I think they look pretty cool.

Ailerons moving down.

The “WZ” took me probably longer than it should have. I spent hours on it just to figure out how to make the letters look as realistic as possible. To make it fit, I had to make the “W” a little smaller than the “Z”.

The radiator is on the bottom of the P-51 Mustang and it uses the heated air that exits it as a form of jet thrust.

The elevator and rudder moving to control steering.

Nice, but to tell you the truth it looks a lot more like a P-47 than a P-51. The nose cowling is too wide and the fuselage is too barral shaped. But with a few tweaks then you could make a beautiful P-47!

An amazing and beautiful model. A minor point: the "WZ" in black plates would look much better as a simple decal. The AAF emblem works well in plates, but there are still some things that cannot properly be done in Lego alone. This does not, however, detract from what is still an excellent piece of building.

very cool. the exhausts are perfect. Rather then moving ailerons, you should of made moving flaps. Ohh, you should make both. that would be really cool. Please come check out my bf-109. thx!

hey, I found a way to make the building instructions, when making the moc there should be something that says building intructions, click that, (honestly I never tried that) but its worth a shot Hey, the only way to get building instructions is if you do the whole thing on LDD (Digital Designer) so i'd not

I will try this when I have finished my current model. I haven't had much time to build so you'll have to be patient.

Quoting Grant Smith Yes please please make instructions!! I would get them sooo quick. Awesome model. My only nit pick is that the canopy looks a little small, but who can complain when the rest looks so awesome. I think you could use LDD to make instructions, but that would be painful. It might be better to take pictures, taking a few pieces off between each picture, then compile them in reverse order. Also, what plane would you recommend as a first attempt at a WWII fighter?
I would recommend a P-47 Thunderbolt.

Sweet, the large nose makes it look a little like a P-47, but other than that its great! Nice model. =)

Quoting Adam Kadrlik GOOD GOD, THAT IS AMAZING, and to build it twice UNREAL, Do you have builing instructions?
I don't have instructions and I don't know how to make them. If there is a program to make instructions let me know and I could probably make them if enough people want them.

Quoting rich . highly detailed. awesome moc. have you ever thought of doing a corsair moc?
Actually I have a di-cast model of one and it looks like a fun model to build but not for a while. I have other aircraft I have planned first.
