Hello, this is my own version of Slave I. It is a smaller version of the actual Lego size of Slave I. If you refer to my formula(See my Havoc)then it should be about 60 studs long, whereas mine is 23 studs long. So mine is less then half the size of what a real-to-scale version would be. Enjoy!
About this creation
This is the ramp opened...
...And this is the ramp closed!
This is the storage place for a bomb that Boba Fett can drop on his enemies. It is right below the ramp when it is opened although you can see it better when the ramp is closed.
This is a tractor beam which Boba Fett can neutralize his enemies with. It can flip out on either side.
And after he has caught the enemy's ship he can shoot missiles at the ship. You can just barely see it in this picture but it's still there. The missiles are deployed from a brown flap that you can see on the main picture.
This is a prisoner cage which you can store one prisoner in. There is a hatch to go over it but I did not think it was needed to be photographed. To get to this place you remove the "nose" of the ship.
And these are the detailed controls which Boba Fett can control his ship with.
And finally the back side of the ship. It doesn't look that bad but I think I'll work on it.
Quoting Christopher Wood
Not bad. Although, I kind of wish you could have made it different. They already have a set for this, so if you really wanted to build this, I would have made it a Slave II.
Sure, I tried making Slave II once, and it didn't end well. Anyhow, since all of the Slave I sets are so expensive, I decided to make one until I got enough money to get one. I got so obsessed with trying to make the perfect Slave I, I eventually realized this wasn't going to be a stand-in. It was the actual thing I'd be playing with. So that just made me try even harder and get even more frustrated, until I settled on this design. And that was that.
