About this creation
Ok guys im making my very first blog and its about the base im about to make this june-july. Im really in need of clones and droids and grey pieces. I dont have any money and i only have about 18 droids and clones together and i have 2 walkers and one custom speeder. My Birthday is on july 26th and im just asking for legos and money from my family. i need about $170-200 dolors to get 6, 15 inch grey baseplates, 100 2x2 dark grey pieces (my base is gunna be dark grey ), 50 2x3 pieces, 100 2x4 pieces, and 100 2x6 pieces. I allready have enough computer and window and door pieces and i have backup grey pieces too. For my bday i really want some clone battle packs, an at-te, and a gunship, oh and some droid battlepacks and droid ships and stuff. PLEASE PEOPLE I NEED ADVISE AND IDEAS!!! i know what i want my base to look like but i still need alot of help! I dont really have to worry about money cause i mow the lawn at my house and my grandparents house and im baby sittin too and i have my bday! Thanks for reading! :) Btw do you guys think all those pieces will be enough to make a huge clone base????

Sounds like its gonna be good. You might want to put some interesting detailing on the outside, like grills or vertical tiles. I've made a few bases (before I was on mocpages) and from experience, sliding doors are really cool. You might even want to use power functions to make it really go. Also, try not to leave the base plates around it empty. Try and build up the terrain with plates and bricks to make rises and depressions. Maybe include fallen soldiers that were trying to protect it from enemies. Think about what kind of planet it is on too and wether there will be sand bown onto the walls (substitute grey for tan), or vines growing up the side. If it is on a jungle planet, the more dense the foliage on the trees, the better. It makes it more interesting. One final word; make it as detailed as possible.
