On the night of the 5th/6th of june, 1944, operation overlord began, paratroopers were parachuted into enemy territory to stop reinforcements getting to the beach.
About this creation

A resistance fighter finds a Paratrooper, who was split up from the rest, since I know how to do the Italian type, but not French, I'll have to type normally.
"Halt, who are you?"
"I say old chap, steady with the old popper, what?"
"You English no doubt."
"I say don't suppose to have a drop of brandy or scotch, I seemed to have lost my canteen, if you see what I mean."
"Are all British like you?"
"By the tooth no, those Yankees influence quiet a weird lingo, gone rubbed off back across the channel, I say, terrible if you ask me, what?"
"Do you ever stop talking?"
"I say old chap, they say that I could never keep the trap shut, nut I don't see what they mean, by the tooth, no I don't."
"Ok, we must go before Germans come."
"Ah, I say, Jerry on the loose again, tut tut, never have understood them myself."

It suddenly dawns on me that Nitking asked for watsits.
So, I ought to tell you that the paratrooper is wearing one of his stickers.

Quoting Matthew Novosad This is a very nice MOC. My great grandfather was part of the landings. Thankfully he survived. BTW Thanks for agreeing with me on 'Mano's latest debacle.
Thanks, my Granddad was a messenger, and probably came in the reserve waves, he was on sword beach, and I do believe a German fighter came in so low he could see the pilots face.
