Thank you, thank you, great to be here today.
So anyway this here is the Dark Viper (as everyone already knows. I'm just atrocious at beginnings.) The Viper is actually a salvaged Mongoose MkII which Travis "Vendetta" Marroli salvaged and upgraded. Modifications include: removal of buzz saw, taser rack, and rear seat, and addition of extra armor and a modular weapons system which allows the Dark Viper to adapt to any situation.

Really the entire reason I built this was because I wanted to see what a modular weapons system would look like on the Mongoose.
This is how minifigs are supposed to get in. A door on a quad!? Unheard of!

So now we have a Mongoose with a wicked awesome modular weapons system. We need some modules. First up is the Troop Carrier. This is basically a pair of jump seats.
Next up is that must-have essential... the small caliber machine gun turret! (As everyone who's anyone knows, all militant groups must have at least one light vehicle with said turret. "Laws of Lawlessness", Section 13 Code 85.1.)
Badda-boom.
Now sometimes you'll get into a situation where a small machine gun turret just isn't enough. And for that, we have the Mortar Emplacement! This is basically the same base as the Troop Carrier with a Russian-made Заморозок навсегда (Permafrost) Pocket Mortar jerry rigged on top.
FWOOSH.
And last is the listening station. This rickety jumble of steel mesh and vacuum tubes is the JYC's mobile snooping device. This thing can recieve any radio, broadcast TV, and satellite TV station with a signal above 0.3 microvolts @ 50 ohms. (Free Discovery Channel! :-P )
