This is my second attempt at making a entry for Phipson's contest.
About this creation

this is Blurpy, a worn-out,kinda depressed mechanical being.But he does shoot stuff when he's angry.this picture above this text is him exposing his hydro bomb.

this is his back plasma tanks. His afterburners run on nitrogen,but his thrusters use plasma.



This is me shooting his hydro bomb.he said it tickled.

Thanks!It was a bit hard to incorporate the flinger in this moc,so thats why it wasn't very big.
