The 2007 A-Civil Centurial is the new eddition of the rugged SUV from this Calisota car manufacturer. It took me about a week to design and build and another week to tweak. This model includes an improved spare and carefully designed undercarrige with a very nicely desinged spare tire niche. These wheels were once used a bit differently on the Promeca, but that was dismantled around a seven months ago. I got the idea from Ralph Savelsberg. Only he uses Technic wheels--I used Creator ones. Under the hood we find a nicely capped V8, with only the slopes visble. Yes, it uses Quattre Drive AWD. No, it does not have a third row seat. The radiator has once again become flat as it was on the '05 Centurial . The interior is the same as on all of the Centurials, only with wood trim. I finally figured out how to open the doors! I used a 3-long technic element. Now, I will include this on my future models to open the doors. As allways, the hood and liftgate can be open. The front end is now very smooth, as it should be.
I have made another update--in the brickshelf folder there is a sub-division called Photoshoot2. In it are the pics with the new emblems and licence plates. Also, I have a bigger trailer hitch.
I have restored the original wheels (w/ spare). I did however use a better wheel attachment system.
I used Axles this time. However, the wheels still move independantly. On the new version, I got rid of the axle by using shorter technic rods. The spare fits better now.
