I finally ordered some Fabuland heads from bricklink and used them to make Battle Beasts!
--Sledgehammer Elephant--
Nobody better mess with this guy, he has dual weapon arms so yeah, that's crazy!
--Predatory Parakeet--
Large talons are the name of the game here, make fun of his tiny hands and you'll get your eyes gauged out. I was happy to see that Fabuland bird heads are bald on top, us bald guys (I'm not quite there but off to a good start) don't get enough recognition for being incredibly awesome.
--Crafty Crocodile--
I'm not sure yet if Crafty Crocodile is a bad guy or not but he probably sits on the fence. It's hard to call anything with a Fabuland head evil.
--Imperial Crow--
Crooked Crow was the obvious inspiration for this guy, too bad I don't have enough teal! I had lots of fun building this guy and I think he has the most recognizable Battle Beasts look.
--Killer Kitty--
Shannon Ocean has stepped up with his own LEGO Battle Beasts that are looking awesome and much more true to the scale of the originals as far as head to body proportions go. His stuff inspired me to go smaller and I love the results.
Killer Kitty can go from cute and cuddly to stone hearted killer in an instant so watch yourself!

--Leonard Lion--
This guy was a bit of a prototype and due to the strange color of the lion head, I couldn't match any part of his body to it and so he lacks that Battle Beasts 'look'. He has dual missile launchers on his back though so he's still pretty cool.
It's been fun posting something on MOCpages again. I'm sure I've missed a lot of excellent creations from everybody, sorry! I'll be posting something much bigger relatively soon so stay tuned!

What is with the Fabuland craze? First Stafford and Nadroj with their Fabu-Force and now this. If only they had been as popular then, they might still be around. Never been much of a follower, but this bandwagon looks like fun! *grumble* Great, now I have to make a Crack-Link order...~H |
