Three armies are involved in this conflict.
::Taraki raiders. These red-cloaked warriors of the south-western deserts come to battle in huge numbers, along with fearsome trained beasts. They are known for their affinity with nature and spicy cooking.
::Arazzen's soldiers. Though only eight of these followers of demon-god Arazzen engaged in this battle, each one is a heavily armed and armored, chemically-enhanced fighting machine capable of fighting off several lesser men. They are known for their arcane rituals and incredible fashion sense.
::A band of heroes. Heroes are known for their uniqueness and defiance of physical laws. As such, each one deserves his own profile:
-Lorother. The leader of the group, Lorother is a wizard with incredible plant magic. He has summoned the other heroes here for an important mission.
-Dante Sibellius. A swift-footed knight from the country of Morritt. Dante wields a broadsword and large shield.
-Count Drachimoto. A vampiric necromancer-warrior from distant lands. Lorother did not actually invite him, but he sensed that he could be of service.
-Heinrich Falke. This prince of the Falke kingdom specializes in close-combat.
-Sven of the Wolf-Guild. An archer-assassin of the secretive Wolf Guild, Sven is a good friend and sometimes business associate of Heinrich.
-Mllgthi. Little is known of this amphibious warrior, or of the underwater city he calls home. It is known that he is an expert soldier, and can take enemies by surprise in the water.
-Jimmy. The leader of a tribe of centaurs, Jimmy fights to defend his people from extinction.
-Beowulf. A mighty hero of ancient song, Beowulf is already experienced in ripping body parts off of demons. A giant elephant should prove no match for this Power: 2 hero.
